Production Process
1. scanning process
The first step in any digital workflow is creating digital versions of the patient's dentition.
2. design process
Once a digital model is available, it can be imported to a dental design software CAD for the design process.
3. nesting process
The 3D data of the restoration is transferred to a CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software for nesting and calculation.
4. milling process
This is where our precision milling is performed. Our high-quality output ensures longevity.
5. final fabrication process
This is where we refine and polish the prosthetic to give you the most accurate results.
6. delivery & logistics process
